If we can take the liberty of making Instragram inferences, it's safe to assume that injured Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid is itching to return to the court.
Not long after Miami legend Dwyane Wade willed the Heat to a 113-103 win over the 76ers, snapping Philadelphia's 17-game winning streak and tying their first-round playoff series at 1-1, Embiid made his feelings known on Instagram.
"(Expletive) sick and tired of being babied," said Embiid, who's known for his social media activity. Embiid recently appeared to predict Philadelphia would make the Finals, posting a series of photos of opponents they'd potentially face.
Embiid has cleared the concussion protocol after suffering an orbital fracture and was seen warming up on the court ahead of Monday's Game 2. He sustained the injury on March 28.
"He just wants to play basketball," Sixers coach Brett Brown said when informed of Embiid's comments. "He just wants to be with his team. He wants to play in front of the fans. He wants to see this through. And when he's not able to do that he gets frustrated. I respect his frustration. It's borne out of competitiveness.
"The medical side, the different reasons, I'm not going to go there, but I do know the spirit in which he delivers that tweet. It is completely driven out of team, competitiveness, I want to play basketball."
